I’ve studied the science
Through a master’s degree in organizational psychology,
current studies as a PhD studenty in Leadership + Change,
(and over 1000 hours of yoga teacher training,)
I’ve both studied and embodied what it takes to become the version of you, that feels the best.
My career includes interdisciplinary industries, roles, and even countries..but each one has focused on one thing: you.
I teach people how to unlock their potential, and be the change they want to see for their community, and beyond.
